Return & Refund Policy

At Elfatih Store, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by our production partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

Please review product descriptions, size guides, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund & Replacement Requests

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Or significantly different from what you ordered

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


No Return Required

If your refund or replacement request is approved, you will not be required to return the item.

Simply keep or responsibly dispose of the product unless we specifically request otherwise.


Refunds

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 weeks for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Replacements

Where appropriate, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability and our production partner's policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address

  • Change of mind

  • Normal color variations caused by different screen settings

  • Minor print placement variations that do not affect the product's intended use

  • Orders refused or unclaimed by the customer

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order is confirmed lost, we'll provide either a replacement or a full refund.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable by law.

However, because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right may not apply under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which provides an exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you remain fully eligible for a refund or replacement under this policy.
