Every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because we work with trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During busy seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed before checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities.

As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Elfatih Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, Elfatih Store cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier or your local postal service for assistance.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, you may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Other unforeseen events
